[ chicago is one of the few places where angels can't just come in and impose themselves, and that goes beyond the treaty that was signed years ago. demons - people - like sonny and the crowbar, they've got roots in the city and most people do know better. this guy just rubs rafe the wrong way in every way, so he worries about his friends. ]

[ because having crowbar resources would be pretty beneficial... at the same time, he'd understand if noah wanted to keep it small, at least at first, as they figured out strategy.
[it's ultimately going to depend on sarah for that one since it'd mean she'd have to work with her biological dad, but that's something he will talk to sarah about.]
I'll get back to you there. his resources could be really helpful, and he'd know a lot more about taking a guy like that down than we would.
[ they both know it's a little less about talking him down and a little more about being able to influence him powerfully through emotions. which. rafe can sort of do in his own way. less about emotions and more about fears. he's just nowhere near as comfortable as sonny would be in using his abilities. ]
